Job Description
As the HR Director, top priorities for the role include the following:
Culture and Engagement
- Cultivate a culture that is integral to the company's identity as the business expands across markets, blending local and international identities to feel part of a cohesive organization regardless of region.
Talent Management
- Review and optimize the current organization structure.
- Develop succession plans and build team synergies to ensure long-term sustainability of business units.
Learning and Development
- Design and execute talent development programs for current and future-ready skills.
- Understand the business' offerings and strategies to plan programs to readily equip talents for the needs of the business and the market.
Performance Management
- Identify and implement effective scalable talent strategies to push business performance.
- Review the Performance Management framework and implement structures for efficient talent succession plans.
- Drive the digitalization agenda with the end goal of pushing productivity and efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role and with a track record in major HR transformation projects.
- Has strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and legal regulations, both locally and internationally.
- Past experience in a multinational is ideal. Experienced in streamlining and harmonizing HR processes to integrate multi-country HR Management.
- Has ability to lead and manage a diverse team, with strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in HRIS and other relevant HR technologies and tools.
