Company Background:
Our client specializes in the research, development, production, and sales of daily chemical raw materials, including cosmetic active ingredients, raw materials, and synthetic perfumes. They operate two major production bases in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, and Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province. The Ma'anshan City production base, through its subsidiary, was constructed according to GMP guidelines for APIs and has passed the FDA on-site audit.
Job Description:
1. Assist the department manager in developing, updating, and improving the company's equipment system documents and related management regulations and procedures.
2. Responsible for the selection, research, procurement, installation, commissioning, acceptance, and comprehensive evaluation of new equipment during the warranty period.
3. Supervision, management of equipment record and technical upgrades.
4. Organize the development of annual and monthly preventive maintenance plans for equipment and major repair plans, and supervise their implementation.
5. Handle equipment accident management, organize timely accident analysis meetings, and propose corrective actions and preventive measures.
6. Regularly check the inventory of spare parts for instruments and equipment, develop procurement plans, manage spare parts receipt and allocation, and arrange emergency procurement plans for critical repair issues.
7.Report promptly to ensure the smooth execution of installation and maintenance work.
Job Requirement:
- Experience in handling centrifugal pumps, cooling towers, crystallization kettles, reactors, vacuum pumps, etc.
- Proficient in P&ID diagrams, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
- At least 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering (Rotating/Static) within the Chemical or Petrochemical industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
