Job Description:
・Sales operations assistant for Japanese electronic components manufacturing industry
・Sales support for existing customers (including delivery schedule adjustments, order management, production management, inventory management, etc.)
・Delivery schedule adjustments within the company
・Negotiations/coordination with company benefits (delivery schedule adjustments with Malaysian factories and overseas production factories)
・Comprehensive support for sales staff
・Support for sales staff in areas such as sales planning
Requirement:
・Sales Support experience for around 2 years above
・Microsoft office skills

Working hours:Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
