New Business Development and Sales Target Achievement

  • Engage in new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
  • Perform market research to identify potential clients and areas for industry expansion.
  • Establish and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Acts as the principal point of contact for clients’ inquiries and concerns.
    • Conduct self-visitation schedules to ensure adequate and impactful engagement/support within budgetary limits.
    • Deliver extensive after-sales service and support to clients to boost sales value and improve satisfaction value.

      Product knowledge

      • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the features and benefits of our products and services.
      • Clearly articulate the value proposition to prospective clients.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials for industry events and conferences.

        Compliance, Risk Management & Security

        • Ensure that all business development activities comply with relevant regulations, including those related to cryptocurrency transactions, anti-money laundering (AML), and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.
        • Assess risks associated with cryptocurrency volatility, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity concerns in the context of credit card services.
        • Work with legal and compliance teams to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape for crypto-based financial products across different regions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the Web3 and Blockchain sectors, demonstrating familiarity with industry- specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency payment processors (e.g., BitPay, CoinGate) and their integration with traditional financial systems, coupled with experience in fintech product development, particularly in payments or credit card services.
  • Deep knowledge of compliance regulations across key regions (e.g., GDPR, SEC, FinCEN, FATF), as well as the evolving regulatory environment for cryptocurrency-based financial products.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving profitability and sales targets, showcasing effective sales strategies and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of current market dynamics and industry trends, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
