Job Details:

  • Work location: Cyberjaya, Selangor
  • Contract duration: 12 months
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am -6pm
  • Salary offered: RM 5,000 - RM 8,000

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the delivery and availability of soft services on-site offered to all staff and contractors such as reception services, cleaning services including landscaping, mailroom and courier services, food operations, internal moves, lane archiving, waste management and management of office supplies.
  • Responsible for preparing and implementing site plans for sustainable development improvements; waste reduction, energy management, CO2 footprint optimization.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the RE workplace accessibility program on site in collaboration with the company health and HR.
  • Supports the FM in the regular review and assessment of business risk related to facilities management and building infrastructure in general.
  • Secondary Business Continuity Response Team member as back-up to the FM and directly responsible for food and accommodation requirements in collaboration with the IFM partner/vendor during a BCP event.
  • Financial management responsibilities include supporting the FM in preparing the annual budget and regular LE figures, submission of monthly accrual reports on Soft Services to the FM, spend tracking and updating of cost & expenses report monthly.
  • Coordinating team relocation and office space standards based on space planning strategy in cooperation with RE Facilities Manager.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate, Hospitality (preferred) or any Degree in related field.
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Financial Management skills
  • Good understanding of FM and HSSE risks (including mitigation plans) and Business Continuity Management principles.
  • Experience in Project Management and Continuous Improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English, min).
  • Strong collaboration skills with various internal and external stakeholders and can operate with a diverse set or working environments, people and cultures.
  • The role involves extensive interactions with various stakeholders and therefore requires a combination of intellect, maturity, strength of character, and an ability to earn respect.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Facilities Management: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Real Estate: 4 years (Preferred)
