Key Responsibilities:

Training and Certification Coordination:

  • Stay updated on relevant certifications and ensure training programs align with certification requirements.

Industry Collaboration:

  • Build and maintain relationships with automotive industry stakeholders, including manufacturers, suppliers, and training organizations.
  • Gather industry feedback to refine training content and maintain program relevance.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a team of trainers and support staff involved in program delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, trainers, and stakeholders.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Provide regular updates and reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to management.
  • Deliver presentations and represent the program in internal and external events.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Oversee program logistics, including training materials, facilities, and schedules.
  • Manage program budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of both EV and conventional engine systems.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with current trends and advancements in automotive technology.
