JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To coach, train and manage all cashiers for the particulars branch
- To ensure efficient cashier operation for the branch according to SOP for Cahier
- To set the work schedule of the cashiers and ensure all cash counter are in operational at all times
- To be incharge of distributing the cash float to every cashier before business commences and collecting back the cash float back from each respective cashier counter and hand over to the Treasury Department
- To be responsible for checking the receipts of all ''Wholesale (Borong) Customers'' to ensure goods purchased matches the customer receipts
- To be responsible for the exchange of small bank notes for the cashier when the need arises
- To be responsible for handling sales discrepancies
- To be responsible for voiding error receipts when there are wrong transactions punched in by the cashiers. To ensure all error receipts properly checked and verified by the Department Supervisor.
- To be responsible for handling of Customer Refund and Return
- To be responsible for checking and checking out Staff Purchase by signing on the Receipts
- Prepare time table for cashiers
- Work 2 days full shifts per week from store opening to store closing
- Any other duties as directed by Management from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/''O'' Level or equivalent
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2- 3 Year(s) of working experience in Chief Cashier in Supermarket / Hypermarket is required for this position
- Preference given to those who have retail / supermarket experience
- Those who can start at short notice will be at an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
