Job Purpose
To assist in the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. The HR Assistant Executive supports various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and payroll processing, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks (background verification, reference checks, etc.).
- Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding kits.
- Facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and physical files.
- Process staff requests for leave, overtime, and benefits-related queries.
- Support payroll by ensuring accurate attendance and leave data.
- Assist in maintaining HR compliance with labor laws and company policies.
3. Employee Engagement and Relations
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions.
4. Policy and Procedure Support
- Assist in drafting and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate policy updates and ensure employee adherence.
6. Miscellaneous Duties
- Provide general administrative support to the HR HOD's and department.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role is preferred. Fresh graduates with a passion for HR are also encouraged to apply.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
