Responsibilities:
Service Personnel (SP)
- Update and maintain employee records.
- Validation of personnel claims and benefits.
- Manage expatriates' relocation and related topics.
- Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, onboarding and offboarding.
- Collaborate with payroll agent to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Perform any other tasks, projects, or ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors and management.
Internal Communications
- Raise Purchase Order (PO).
- Manages corporate hotel and involve in corporate rate negotiation on a yearly basis.
- Manages company rental car fleet which includes assignment of vehicle, arranging for vehicle maintenance, managing violation tickets and fines issued and briefing of any new update from the rental company.
- Lead deployment of regional and global communication initiatives and manage country internal communication platforms (Intranet, email, WhatsApp, teams and physical events (e.g: Townhall), represent the internal communication function within the country crisis cell team.
- Assist in any ad-hoc project in the business.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Multitasking and problem solving
- Resourceful and curious
- Quick, accurate and able to stay organized
- Willingness to learn and be a part of a small diverse team
- Experienced in HR & Office administration is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
