Responsibilities:

Service Personnel (SP)

  • Update and maintain employee records.
  • Validation of personnel claims and benefits.
  • Manage expatriates' relocation and related topics.
  • Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with payroll agent to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Perform any other tasks, projects, or ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors and management.

Internal Communications

  • Raise Purchase Order (PO).
  • Manages corporate hotel and involve in corporate rate negotiation on a yearly basis.
  • Manages company rental car fleet which includes assignment of vehicle, arranging for vehicle maintenance, managing violation tickets and fines issued and briefing of any new update from the rental company.
  • Lead deployment of regional and global communication initiatives and manage country internal communication platforms (Intranet, email, WhatsApp, teams and physical events (e.g: Townhall), represent the internal communication function within the country crisis cell team.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc project in the business.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Multitasking and problem solving
  • Resourceful and curious
  • Quick, accurate and able to stay organized
  • Willingness to learn and be a part of a small diverse team
  • Experienced in HR & Office administration is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
