JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Education Consultant specializing in sales within the School Unit sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational sales, and the ability to forge strong relationships with school administrators and decision-makers. The Education Consultant will be responsible for driving sales growth, promoting our products and services, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. . JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our educational products and consulting services to schools within the designated territory and center as well. - Required to go school at least 4-5 school a day. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of our offerings to prospective clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, district officials, and other key decisionmakers to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively. - Create a creative content such as flyer, video , etc for marketing. - Handling leads from SEO/SEM that will be provided by Superior (BDM). - Closing rate must hit at least 20% from traffic leads. - Required to provide forecast report, weekly report and planner report on time. - Will be evaluate on quarterly basis and each of every month by BDM. - Follow up on leads, inquiries, and opportunities in a timely manner to maintain momentum and drive conversions. - Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions and ensuring a seamless transition to implementation and service delivery. - Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and pricing as needed to secure sales. - Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. - Please note that the responsibilities mentioned in this job description are not exhaustive and the role may require additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor later. . QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS - Proven track record of success in educational sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues. - Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Willingness to travel as required.
