We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mfg Systems Software Development Engineer to join our team, specializing in the UEFI domain. The candidate will have a strong understanding of UEFI firmware, BIOS, and related technologies, and will be responsible for working with customers, enabling them to integrate our deliverables, maximize the benefits of our products. Responsibilities: - Customer enabling for UEFI firmware and BIOS - Debug and resolve issues related to UEFI firmware and BIOS. - Work along with customers in the integration of our software solutions into their systems. - Develop and deliver technical training on UEFI firmware and BIOS to customers. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides. - Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product features and roadmap. - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and issues. - Stay updated with the latest developments in our upcoming platforms, UEFI firmware and BIOS technologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience or master's degree with 5 years of experience in Computer Science, Electronics engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Strong understanding of UEFI/BIOS, x86/ARM architecture, Operating Systems, Device Driver architecture, System integration, and related technologies. - Good understanding of programming languages like C/C++, Python, Version control software preferably Git, and debug tools - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Strong communication skills, presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts, features, issues resolution to customers. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Added advantage with CSME basic knowledge. Preferred Qualifications: - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the UEFI domain. - Up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in the UEFI domain.
