Occupational Safety & Health Coordinator (OSH-C) / Safety Of

1. Develop, review and implement occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and programs. 2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of the workplace to identify hazards and assess risks. 3. Collaborate with department head to develop and implement safety protocols and practices. 4. Provide guidance and support to employees on occupational health and safety matters. 5. Coordinate safety training programs for employees, including new hire orientation and ongoing education. 6. Investigate accidents, near misses, and other safety incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence. 7. Maintain records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident investigations. 8. Keep abreast of changes in safety regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards. 9. Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in inspections as required. 10. Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization. 11. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives. 12. Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures. 13. To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk. 14. Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace. 15. Others duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
