Quantity Surveyor

1. Quantity Surveying

· To involve in tender, contract and letter award;

· To prepare quotation for tender;

· To prepare and assess sub-contractor and client monthly progress claim;

· To assist on the assess of sub-contractor and suppliers cost evaluation;

· To involve in site valuation and site inspection;

· To take-off quantities from drawings and site measurement;

· To monitor sub-contractor certificates, variation order, work order.

2. Purchasing

· To handle purchasing of the materials and follow up the delivery with supplier;

· To prepare Purchase Order (PO) for the office purchasing matters;

· To prepare Delivery Order (DO) for the receivable of return inwards note from site;

· To obtain quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers.

3. Planning and Coordination of Project Material

· To assist in the planning, coordination and administration of the Prestressing projects;

· To assist and monitor material coordination at site;

· To keep track and update the data in the stock record;

· To assist in stock take activities and inventory at other warehouse;

4. To update and maintain construction filing system and ensure the files are in order;

5. To assist our General Manager (GM) on the printing, photocopying, and distributing

of correspondences internally and externally via fax or courier;

6. To assist on updating the ISO documentations;

7. Constantly seek to improve the efficiency of work processes;

8. Able to handle multitasking and carry out duties as may be assigned to you from

time to time by the superior or the respective Head of Department and such duties are not necessarily limited to the above titles and responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sepang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (Preferred)
