Job Responsibilities: 1. Guest Reception Greet and check-in guests in a courteous and professional manner. Assist with check-out, reservations, and address guest inquiries or requests promptly. Ensure all guest information is recorded accurately in the system. 2. Front Desk Operations: Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently. Handle guest complaints, providing solutions or escalating issues to management when necessary. 3. Communication & Coordination: Communicate effectively with hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, security, maintenance) to ensure guest needs are met. Update guest records and share information with the next shift. 4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by attending to guest requests and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. 5. Cashiering & Billing: Process payments and issue receipts for guests. Assist with billing inquiries and ensure accurate billing at check-out. 6. General Front Office Duties: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming. Perform other administrative duties as required. Job Requirements: 1. Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent. A Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory. 2. Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is an advantage 3. Skills: Strong communication skills Basic computer skills Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure. 4. Personal Traits: Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. 5. Work Schedule: This position requires shift work, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift
