Japanese Language Instructor (Sensei)

At Dreams Language Academy, we specialize in empowering working adults in Malaysia to upskill and advance their careers through Japanese language proficiency. As the largest online Japanese learning center in Malaysia, we are seeking 2 dedicated and dynamic Japanese Language Instructors to join our growing team

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging Japanese language classes (both online and in-person).
• Create fun and interactive lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Guide adult learners to enhance their Japanese skills for career growth.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Review and improve teaching materials and methods for continuous excellence.
• Conduct social media LIVE sessions to connect with our community.

What We’re Looking For:

• Japanese Proficiency: JLPT N1 or N2 certified.
• Career-Oriented: Committed to building a full-time career as a Japanese language instructor.
• Communication: Strong communication skills in both Japanese and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Personality: Energetic, fun, patient, proactive, and approachable.
• Mindset: Eager to challenge ideas and improve the status quo.

Location & Work Mode:

• Flexible full-time role: Combination of office-based (Wangsa Maju, KL) and remote work.
• Conveniently located: Walking distance from LRT Sri Rampai Station.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: RM4,000 - RM8,000, based on experience.
