Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties
- Administrative Support
- Manage the Brand Director's professional calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
- Handle confidential correspondence, prioritize emails, and draft responses on her behalf.
- Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Project Management
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Track progress on key deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Personal Assistance
- Provide occasional personal support, such as scheduling appointments and managing tasks.
- Assist in balancing professional and personal commitments seamlessly.
Marketing Executive Duties
- Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Collaborate on developing and implementing marketing plans for The Big Rajah and a range of clients.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, SEO, and paid advertisements.
- Content Creation
- Design and execute creative marketing materials such as brochures, blogs, newsletters, and promotional videos.
- Ensure branding is consistent across all communication channels.
- Event Coordination
- Support the organization of promotional events, food tastings, and corporate gatherings.
- Collaborate with the catering team to enhance customer engagement through innovative marketing ideas.
- Market Research
- Conduct research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on findings to refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications preferred but not mandated
- 3–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant/ Secretarial/ Marketing/ Administration/ PR role, preferably with exposure to end-to-end marketing responsibilities.
- Experience in the food and beverage, hospitality, or catering industry is an advantage
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, LinkedIn.
