Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Duties

  • Administrative Support
  • Manage the Brand Director's professional calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, prioritize emails, and draft responses on her behalf.
  • Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Project Management
  • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Track progress on key deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Personal Assistance
  • Provide occasional personal support, such as scheduling appointments and managing tasks.
  • Assist in balancing professional and personal commitments seamlessly.

Marketing Executive Duties

  • Marketing Strategy and Execution
  • Collaborate on developing and implementing marketing plans for The Big Rajah and a range of clients.
  • Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, SEO, and paid advertisements.
  • Content Creation
  • Design and execute creative marketing materials such as brochures, blogs, newsletters, and promotional videos.
  • Ensure branding is consistent across all communication channels.
  • Event Coordination
  • Support the organization of promotional events, food tastings, and corporate gatherings.
  • Collaborate with the catering team to enhance customer engagement through innovative marketing ideas.
  • Market Research
  • Conduct research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on findings to refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications preferred but not mandated
  • 3–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant/ Secretarial/ Marketing/ Administration/ PR role, preferably with exposure to end-to-end marketing responsibilities.
  • Experience in the food and beverage, hospitality, or catering industry is an advantage

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, LinkedIn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
