Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with Director to understand staffing needs and identify job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and refer candidates for further stages in the recruitment process.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Promote employee engagement activities and events.
Performance Management
- Support the performance review process by scheduling reviews and providing necessary documentation.
- Assist managers with feedback and performance improvement plans.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing learning and development programs for employees.
- Maintain training records and track progress.
- Encourage continuous professional development within the organization.
Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in administering payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
- Provide employees with information on benefits, leave policies, and other HR-related queries.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per company policy and legal standards.
- Assist in audits and inspections related to HR policies.
HR Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, including employee attendance, turnover, and performance statistics.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Working Hours:
- Monday-Friday, Saturday (Alternate)
- 8.30am-5.30pm

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
