Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with Director to understand staffing needs and identify job requirements.
  • Conduct initial interviews and refer candidates for further stages in the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Promote employee engagement activities and events.

Performance Management

  • Support the performance review process by scheduling reviews and providing necessary documentation.
  • Assist managers with feedback and performance improvement plans.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and assist in organizing learning and development programs for employees.
  • Maintain training records and track progress.
  • Encourage continuous professional development within the organization.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist in administering payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
  • Provide employees with information on benefits, leave policies, and other HR-related queries.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per company policy and legal standards.
  • Assist in audits and inspections related to HR policies.

HR Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, including employee attendance, turnover, and performance statistics.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Working Hours:

  • Monday-Friday, Saturday (Alternate)
  • 8.30am-5.30pm

Location:

  • Unit B-7-1, Block B, Jalan Ostia Utama, Taman Ostia Bangi 43650 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
