Key Responsibilities:
- Involve in the preparation of full sets of accounts; financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
- Prepare audit workings by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Monitor and track financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.
- Communicate with clients to resolve accounting discrepancies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Contribute to the preparation of management reports and financial analysis.
