Get to know the role:
This position will be responsible to administer and execute HR activities relating to employee rewards, compensation and benefits in Jaya Grocer.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer employee benefits including leave administration, medical and insurance programs and manage the process of the annual renewals, claims and communications.
Ensure the organization adheres to all relevant laws and regulations regarding employee benefits.
Act as the first point of contact for employee SOCSO benefit claims
Assist with salary and benefit benchmarking
Assist with annual performance appraisal, year-end performance bonus, and salary review exercise.
Prepare compensation & benefits related reports/analysis as required
Support on various compensation/ remuneration projects including the design, communication, and implementation of new plans and programs.
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
You should have:
i. Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business/Management or its equivalent
ii. Minimum of 2 years experience in HR -C&B function.
iii. Strong in data analysis and reporting; Proficient in MS Excel.
iv. Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
v. Meticulous, proactive, and independent
vi. Able to work in a team with minimum supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
