  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description

Summary

1) prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation

2) track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly

3) measure and value the work done on site

4) liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers

5) write reports.

6) Assessment of monthly interim valuation

7) taking off / measurement

Requirement:

1. familiar with AUTOCAD software and Microsoft office

2. Degree Holder with 2 years related experiences

3. Hardworking, willing to learn, good attitude and the most important passion to the QS job

4. Willing to travel outstation when required

5. Possess own transportation

6. Good communication skills, candidate who know mandarin will be add advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,400.00 per month
