  • Respond promptly to client's inquires (mainly logistic related) via Whatsapp, call and email.
  • Handle client feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Process weekly report for client shipment tracking.
  • Liaise with courier to solve client problem shipment.
  • Assist account department in monthly billing.
  • Collaborate with other departments like Pick & Pack Department & Receiving Department.
  • Able to work systematically and manage the time efficiently.
  • Able to speak, write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • SPM or equivalent.
  • Excellent in communication skill, both verbal & written.
  • Great in problem solving and critical thinking.
  • Detailed & customer oriented and high organisational skill.
  • Experienced in related role (customer service & administrative work)
