- Respond promptly to client's inquires (mainly logistic related) via Whatsapp, call and email.
- Handle client feedback and complaints professionally.
- Process weekly report for client shipment tracking.
- Liaise with courier to solve client problem shipment.
- Assist account department in monthly billing.
- Collaborate with other departments like Pick & Pack Department & Receiving Department.
- Able to work systematically and manage the time efficiently.
- Able to speak, write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- SPM or equivalent.
- Excellent in communication skill, both verbal & written.
- Great in problem solving and critical thinking.
- Detailed & customer oriented and high organisational skill.
- Experienced in related role (customer service & administrative work)
