Your Day to Day:

    -Facility Management: -Assist in the day-to-day management of facilities. -Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and project planning. -Participate in CCTV screening and monitoring activities. -Administrative Support: -Support various administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping. -Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and events. -Collaborate with different departments to streamline administrative processes such as finance and operations. -Financial Efficiency: -Monitor budgets to ensure financial efficiency in facility management. -Security and Safety: -Assist in the implementation of security protocols and procedures. -Collaborate with the security team to ensure a secure working environment and protect properties and assets. -Collaboration: -Collaborate with regional property teams and MY property planning & management for seamless operations.
