Telemarketing Sales Executive
- Making calls: Telemarketers make outbound calls to potential customers and may also answer incoming calls from customers.
- Selling: Telemarketers explain products and services, persuade customers to buy, and close sales.
- Following up: Telemarketers follow up with customers to stay on top of their pipeline and to initiate repeat orders.
- Collecting customer information: Telemarketers collect customer information, payment methods, and transactions.
- Meeting sales goals: Telemarketers meet sales goals by making a minimum number of calls and closing a certain number of sales.
- Memorizing scripts: Telemarketers memorize scripts provided by the company.

They also listen to customers to understand their needs and motivations. Product knowledge Telemarketers need to be knowledgeable about the products and services they are offering. They should be able to answer customer questions. Sales targets Telemarketers are responsible for generating leads and achieving sales targets. They may need to be able to close sales. Experience Some employers may prefer telemarketers with 1–3 years of experience in customer service or telemarketing.
- Salary range RM1,600 -RM4,000:
- basic (RM 1,600 - RM 2,000) + (EPF, SOCSO & EIS),
- Commission (RM 500 - RM 5000)
- sales incentives and rewards weekly
- Salary increment upon confirmation.
- Training will be provided
- 5 days work, off on Saturday, Sunday & ALL Public Holidays (Weekdays: office hours 9 am -6 pm )
