1. Attend customers' queries, provide explanation & advice and manage customers’ needs and expectations, interpreting and relaying customers' concerns and comments to the workshop team.
2. To issue job orders, check on progress of repair works, update of job control board and conduct final inspection prior to releasing the cars to the customers at the promised time
3. To prepare estimation cost on repair works and allocated labor charges and to ensure correct parts charges for final billing and be responsible for prompt collection of cash payments from customers.
4. To liaise with customers and sublet contractors for sublet works, accident repairs and ensuring all charges are accounted for and charge out to customers accordingly and that the profit margin is attained.
5. To prepare workshop daily sales/ collection reports, technical reports and update of customers’ data
6. Ensure the customers are consulted and agree to any additional services to be performed.
7. To make a priority treatment for complaint cases with regard to deadline and capacity planning.
8. Maintaining customer relations and ensuring satisfactory service.
9. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time
1. Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Mass Comm/Business Admin OR equivalent with Automotive related experience.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
3. Problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and address customer concerns.
4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
5. Possess a valid driving license.
