- Respond to client's issue and enquiries promptly through phone call, email, chat, and internal software
- Introduce and demonstrate the system to customers such as account registration, job posting and etc
- Responsible to escalate clients' issues to the sales team.
- Support the Account Manager by continuously showcasing positive & professional work attitude
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any profession.
- At least 2-3+ years of experience in Customer Success role or equivalent handling B2B customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command in written & spoken English/ Mandarin/ Bahasa Malaysia
- Good logical thinking, able to quickly understand customer problems and respond to them.
- Having experience in hospitality industry is a plus
