Key Responsibilities:
- Drive great customer experience by creating awareness and understanding of Carro products and services.
- Manage leads from Carro online channel and provide them with a delightful customer journey from end to end while using Carro services.
- Schedule appointments for interested customers to meet with sales representatives or visit the dealership.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and correspondences for sales and services.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers on our products and services via WhatsApp and calls.
- Uphold high standards in processing and maintaining customer records/correspondents while logging customer information into the system/tools provided.
- Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Keep team lead informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily sales reports and compliments.
- Assisting in resolving customer complaints through calls and working with internal departments for follow-ups.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience in Telemarketing, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Note Pad, and Basic Emailing.
- Have excellent organizational, management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ambitious, target-driven, and eager to take on challenges.
- Enjoy working over the telephone.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services is an advantage.
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
