Content Specialist

a. Edit videos for client's jobs with assets and footage provided b. Source for or shoot footage of simple set-ups to be edited and used c. Research on new plugins or effects to improve on edit capabilities and skillsets d. Create / craft videos for The Clan's portfolio, credentials, and case studies through scripts and guidance provided e. Develop an understanding of the production and post-production methods through jobs that The Clan will take on with clients and in collaboration with external production houses f. Learn from other production houses' directors, editors and DoPs to improve skillset g. Attend shoot with The Clan as and when able to or is required to. h. Create animated videos / stories for client campaigns and deliverables i. Design characters and environments wherever and whenever required for client campaigns and deliverables j. Craft stories that have engaging motion and flow for client projects k. Work cohesively with the creative and account management personnel to ensure synergy of work. l. Consistently meet client deadlines and expectations m. Deliver creative input in development of ideas especially wherever video projects are part of the deliverables. n. Work on visual effects for videos as and when required. o. Create a library of visual effects typography styling if needed. p. Continue to learn and build on motion graphics skillset. q. Aspire and lead the junior executive. Ensure the team meet accuracy and requirement for task assigned to them
