- Responsible for planning, formulating and enforcing safety policies and regulations.
- Investigate industrial accidents to determine causes and make recommendation to management for making working conditions as safe as possible.
- Responsible for safety training and coordinate safety committee meetings and inspection.
- Responsible to maintain reports of accidents for management action and for reporting to statutory authorities.
- To liaise with clients, Jabatan Keselamatan Kerja Pekerja (JKKP) and relevant authorities with respect to safety matter.
- Provide an appropriate safety and health, accident prevention, and investigation training for managers and supervisor.
- Assist the management in the annual inspection of workplaces to assure safe and healthful conditions for workers.
- Prepare an appropriate notice for management to issue for abatement of any identified hazards.
- Assists management and supervisors in investigating accidents and developing measures to prevent recurrences.
- To ensure compliance of Safety, Health and Environment (S.H.E) policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or its equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience under safety department, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Poses DOSH Green Book.
- Candidates who are available and can start immediately will be given preference.
- Able to work in Cyberjaya.
- Able to work 6 days per week.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
