Key Responsibilities

  • Handle tenant complaints, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide clear and effective communication with tenants via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Document and track tenant interactions and feedback in the company’s customer service system.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to tenant services, including preparing reports and correspondence.

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
  • Saturday: 9am - 1pm

Location

  • Less than 1 minute walk from PWTC LRT station
