Social Media Admin

On behalf of our client, Supermin Group Sdn Bhd, we are looking for a full-time Social Media Administrator based in Kajang, Selangor.

We are seeking a creative Social Media Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, have a keen eye for detail, and possess excellent communication skills. This role will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop, create, and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to be shared across social media platforms.
• Community Management: Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
• Platform Management: Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide regular reports.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools
• A passion for social media and digital marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
