Job description :

  • Converse with customers concerning their needs. Includes orders, returns, quotations products and information.
  • Receive, process requests and enquiries via email fax or phone.
  • Call customers proactively to advise of project delay, progress and gather information necessary to process order thoroughly.
  • To track jobs or orders through procedure.
  • Make changes to working jobs or orders including adding a rush order, or cancelling a particular item or service without affecting the overall operation schedule.
  • Initiate orders or communicate with customers for replacement materials and correcting errors.
  • To assist HOD in relation to Records Management service especially when a new project is undertaken.

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Records Management or other related fields.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken (English and Bahasa Malaysia).
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Words,Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Must be able to interact with customers and all level of staff.
  • Detail-oriented and able to pay close attention on details when working on a task or project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
