Core Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff.
  • Organize staff schedule and supervising daily shift operations
  • Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Work with the kitchen to organize and take stock of restaurant supplies
  • Work with the kitchen to maintain safety and food quality standards
  • Maintain a positive restaurant culture
  • Ensure that HQ level instructions and objectives are achieved

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar position
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Acute financial management skills
  • Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or culinary related field

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
