Core Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff.
- Organize staff schedule and supervising daily shift operations
- Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Work with the kitchen to organize and take stock of restaurant supplies
- Work with the kitchen to maintain safety and food quality standards
- Maintain a positive restaurant culture
- Ensure that HQ level instructions and objectives are achieved

- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar position

- Acute financial management skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or culinary related field
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
