Job Descriptions
- Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
- Languages: Must speak, read and write traditional Mandarin as candidate need to deal with Taiwan and HK customers.
- Rotational Shift- 24 Hours/ 7 days - (Compulsory working on Public Holidays and Weekends)
- Basic -RM3000.00 to RM3200.00
- Retention bonus of RM 5,000 will be offered (with 2 times of instalment payout)
- Full training provided, no experience needed.
- No age limits.
- Available allowances - 6 days allowance, Night shift allowance, KPI, OT.
- Accommodation is provided based on the location of candidates. * Upon request, with 6 month(s) services bond.
- Shuttle Services Provided * From -Tampoi, Skudai, Taman U, Bukit Indah, Gelang Patah, City Square, Larkin, Mutiara Rini.
