Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at Peak Fitness, you will be the first point of contact for our members and potential clients. Your role will focus on providing exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, managing memberships, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. You will work closely with the team to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment at our fitness center.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Provide excellent service by answering member questions, handling phone calls, and responding to emails or online inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
Membership Assistance: Assist clients with membership sign-ups, cancellations, renewals, and account management.
Billing & Payments: Process membership payments, billing issues, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Problem Resolution: Address member concerns and resolve complaints professionally escalating issues when necessary.
Facility Support: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fitness center, ensuring it is a welcoming and safe environment for all clients.
Sales & Promotions: Assist with the promotion of fitness programs, memberships, and special offers to potential members.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate member records, update the system with changes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside trainers and staff to deliver a high-quality experience for all members, assisting with any additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role (preferred).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with basic office software and customer management systems.
Positive, friendly, and outgoing personality.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for health and fitness (a plus!).
