JOB DESCRIPTION:-

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff to deliver a high-quality dining experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including hosts, servers, and kitchen staff
  • Manage the restaurant's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, manage staff performance, and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Monitor restaurant inventory and supplies, and place orders as necessary
  • Analyze sales reports and other data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management
  • Oversee restaurant marketing and promotional activities, and participate in community events as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Certifications in food safety may be required, depending on local regulations
  • On-the-job training will be provided to learn specific company policies and procedures
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a high-quality dining experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in the food service industry
  • Applicants must be local Malaysians
  • Good speaking skills in English and Malaysian;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,695.64 - RM6,299.20 per month

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Restaurant Management: 1 year (Preferred)
