JOB DESCRIPTION:-
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff to deliver a high-quality dining experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including hosts, servers, and kitchen staff
- Manage the restaurant's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, manage staff performance, and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Monitor restaurant inventory and supplies, and place orders as necessary
- Analyze sales reports and other data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management
- Oversee restaurant marketing and promotional activities, and participate in community events as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Certifications in food safety may be required, depending on local regulations
- On-the-job training will be provided to learn specific company policies and procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a high-quality dining experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in the food service industry
- Applicants must be local Malaysians
- Good speaking skills in English and Malaysian;
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,695.64 - RM6,299.20 per month

- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Restaurant Management: 1 year (Preferred)
