Job description

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing. Able to write/prepare technical report.
  • Knowledge in logistic of transportation regulations and procedures.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Multilingual may be preferred or required.
  • Administration (Filing/Paperwork/Documentation)
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Willing to base at Kota Warisan, Sepang.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
