Job description
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing. Able to write/prepare technical report.
- Knowledge in logistic of transportation regulations and procedures.
- Attention to detail.
- Multilingual may be preferred or required.
- Administration (Filing/Paperwork/Documentation)
- Must be willing to travel.
- Willing to base at Kota Warisan, Sepang.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
