· Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on e-commerce platforms.
· Process online orders, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, or product information.
· Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and ensure alignment with business strategies.
· Monitor e-commerce platform performance and resolve any technical or operational issues.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for the e-commerce platform.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
