Job Purpose : To coordination between the company and international customers, handling export-related inquiries, documentation, and logistics Job Scope : 1. Act as the primary point of contact for export customers, responding promptly to inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels, handle customers complaints, resolve issue professionally and escalated to Superior. 2. Process export sales orders accurately and ensure timely entry into system and co-ordinate order with inter-department such as production, store, QA to ensure smooth order fulfilment. 3. Prepare and co-ordinate the export documentation in order to comply with international trade regulation and customer requirement. 4. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents to arrange transportation and track shipments and provide customer with regular update on delivery status besides address any logistic issue to ensure smooth delivery. 5. To maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and shipments. 6. To work closely with the export sales team to achieve sales and arrange shipment promptly 7. To assist in co-ordinating international exhibitions, trade shows and customer visits. Requirement : 1. Diploma/Degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field. 2. At least 2 years of experience in export customer service, logistics, or a similar role. 3. Strong understanding of export procedures, shipping terms and international trade regulations. 4. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) 6. Eager to learn and adapt to dynamic export requirements
