FACILITY TECHNICIAN

Qualification and Education: • Cert in Engineering preferably in Electrical or Mechanical discipline • Holder of Air Conditioning/Ventilation/Welding/HVAC Certificated • Minimum of 1 years work experience in the facility and maintenance activities or in the similar capacity. Responsibilities: Daily:- a. Conduct daily Preventive maintenance activities daily, monthly and yearly by referring to the maintenance schedule. b. Report the status of preventive maintenance complete every day to the superior daily (before and after) c. Report with the superior if required spare part for purchase after do the preventive maintenance for next replacement. d. Attend breakdown if required from production. e. Update the maintenance checklist for equipment had been done for preventive f. Perform all other tasks as assigned. Weekly:- a. Conduct checking the condition and status of all the equipment and report to the superior b. Conduct measurement reading for critical equipment such as AHU, Chiller, Dryer, air compressor running an hour, etc c. Perform preventive maintenance activities that required weekly by referring to the Planning schedule. d. Check and replace the spare part of the machine if required. e. Perform all other tasks as assigned Monthly:- a. Check and make sure all the checklist is update b. Ensure all efforts and activities are meet the Engineering Key performance indicator objectives c. Conduct preventive maintenance activities that required monthly d. To maintain proper working conditions and timely maintenance of all equipment in the factory as per given schedule and method e. To provides required input and cost impacts relate to products, manpower, machine to make sure production with running smoothly f. To make sure all the equipment is running in good condition Yearly:- a. To do preventive maintenance activities that required monthly by referring to the preventive schedule. b. To update spare part required or need to be changed at least 2 or 3 month before do the major preventive maintenance. Documentation:- a. To make sure all the document is update and comply with all audit b. To fill up all the data related with machine performance. c. To perform all other task as assigned
