  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance and repair.
  • Have experience in port operations, specifically with RTG (Rubber Tyred Gantry) Cranes and Container Cranes particularly in major repair work, Preventive maintenance and system automation is highly advantageous.
  • Experienced in supervising projects and repair work for electrical equipment such as motors, PLC and Drive systems.
  • Must be able to work flexible rotating shifts (day, night, weekends, and holidays) and adapt to schedule changes as required by operational demands.
  • Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Good computer skills including in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The roles are to support the various responsibilities of the Port Equipment Department including:

  • Carry out maintenance and repair works on RTG, Container Crane and related machinery.
  • Perform maintenance and repair works on RTG, Container Crane equipment and electrical systems such as motors and PLC & Drive systems.
  • Record work information into the provided SAP forms.
  • Ensure that all work performed is recorded in the work order, including spare parts, working hours, and running hour equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met in all maintenance and repair work.
  • Supervise contractors when required.
