Responsible for collecting/storing personal information from customers, whether new or existing customers, such as addresses, phone numbers, emails, and payment methods, in a secure and confidential manner.
Always follow procedures by using call scripts when communicating with customers.
Ensure call recording devices are always active and inform customers that calls may be recorded.
Responsible for handling customer requests, including product cancellations in case of defects, and replacing them with new products.
Responsible for encouraging customers to purchase additional items/products by upgrading customer service offerings.
Responsible for informing customers about sales, including discounts (%) or special promotions.
Responsible for resolving customer complaints and informing customers that their complaints will be addressed and escalated to management.
Responsible for notifying customers by suggesting follow-up actions to resolve issues when products do not work or are defective.
Always proactive in participating in training sessions organized by the company or externally to learn about products and customer service to provide better service to customers.
Possess excellent skills in problem-solving, negotiation, persuasion, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Skilled in communicating with customers through various methods such as phone, email, websites, or social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others.
Responsible for providing general information about the products and services offered by the company to new or existing customers.
