Job Responsibilities

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous.
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in generalist functions.
  • Proven experience in managing HR teams and building effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation, employment law, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while being detail-oriented in execution.
  • Experience in change management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
