Plant Maintenance & Turnaround Manager
1. Develop and implement comprehensive turnaround plans, including detailed work scopes, schedules, and budgets.
2. Lead cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, maintenance personnel, and contractors.
3. Manage all aspects of the turnaround process, including planning, execution, and closeout.
4. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards throughout the turnaround project.
5. Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
6. Manage project budgets and track expenditures, reporting any potential deviations to management.
7. Oversee contractor selection and management, ensuring quality work is delivered within agreed timelines.
8. Conduct post-turnaround reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and implement lessons learned for future projects.
9. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Qualification
1. Minimum a degree in any Engineering specialization, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience with a proven track record of success in managing turnaround projects.
3. Strong understanding of turnaround processes, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
4. Excellent in MS Office.
5. Willing to travel or relocate to any other state in Malaysia.
