Key Responsibilities
1. Calibration Process Monitoring
1.1 Oversee and monitor the calibration of instruments and equipment to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
1.2 Conduct routine inspections and tests of calibration equipment to verify accuracy and reliability.
2. Quality Control
2.1 Ensure that calibration procedures comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
2.2 Identify and report any discrepancies or deviations from calibration standards, recommending corrective actions.
2.3 Perform routine audits of calibration records and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
3. Documentation and Reporting
3.1 Maintain comprehensive records of calibration activities, including data logs, calibration certificates, and reports.
3.2 Prepare and submit regular quality assurance reports to management, highlighting any issues or concerns.
3.3 Ensure that calibration documentation is updated and compliant with regulatory guidelines.
4. Compliance and Standards
4.1 Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, and other relevant standards.
4.2 Assist in internal and external audits related to quality assurance and calibration processes.
4.3 Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to calibration and quality assurance.
5. Training and Development
5.1 Train and mentor junior QA staff in calibration procedures, quality control practices, and compliance standards.
5.2 Conduct training sessions for new employees on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
6. Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions
6.1 Investigate non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain product quality.
6.2 Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure continuous improvement.
7. Collaboration
7.1 Work closely with the calibration team, production, and other departments to ensure seamless quality processes.
7.2 Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to ensure proper calibration equipment is available and meets quality standards.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
