  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers (including handling inquiries, provide client progress updates, address client revision requests, resolving complaints, minimize refund requests)
  • Assist with data collection activities (including sending out surveys & feedback forms to assess client's overall satisfaction & task quality)
  • Balance payment collection (ensure balance payments are resolved)
  • Update sales records to reflect client payments and task status to maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Provide professional customer service (Training will be provided)
  • Strive to meet individual and team KPIs and sales goals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute campaigns.

Job Requirement

  • No Cold Calling required
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field of study is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong sales initiative
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Fresh Grad are welcome
