Job Scope:
. Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties.
. Greet clients & visitors with a positive, friendly & helpful attitude.
.To provide administrative work and operational support to the department.
· Attend to incoming telephone calls, incoming fax, emails and outgoing couriers.
· To attend guests at receptionist area.
. Manage, monitor & ensure cleanliness and tidiness of reception area, entrance area & whole office area are clean and tidy.
· Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:-
. Working Attendance for priority
. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
. Passion for customer service
. Responsible & Independent
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
· At least 1 to 2 years working experience.
· Own transport will be an advantage.
. Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
· Proficient both spoken and written in English, and Bahasa Malaysia
Working Hour: 9am to 5.30pm ( Monday to Friday ), 9am to 1pm ( Saturday)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
