TECHNICIAN

Location: 10, JALAN GEMILANG 9, TAMAN PERINDUSTRIAN CEMERLANG, 81800 ULU TIRAM, JOHOR. Job Description 1. Perform calibration, adjustment, and routine maintenance of metrology equipment. 2. To handle all technical support, troubleshoot problem, take corrective actions and complete repairs including testing of the machine according to time frame set by the management. 3. Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of metrology equipment for clients. 4. Provide basic technical support to customers, including assisting with product troubleshooting, usage guidelines, and maintenance instructions. 5. Maintain accurate service and calibration records, ensuring compliance with ISO and other industry standards. 6. Work closely with senior technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex issues, improve procedures, and contribute to the development of best practices. 7. To accept any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager. 8. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures during calibration, maintenance, and testing. Job Requirement 1. A Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. 2. Any additional certifications in metrology, calibration, or technical maintenance will be considered an advantage. 3. No prior experience required; however, any internships, practical training, or projects related to metrology or precision measurement will be a plus. 4. Basic understanding of measurement systems and instruments, or willingness to learn on the job. 5. Familiarity with computer systems and basic software applications (MS Office, etc.). 6. Willingness to learn about industry standards and calibration procedures. 7. Has a valid driving license and willing to travel.
