Role & Responsibilities

  • Document Preparation and Organization: Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining project-related documents. Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of documents in both digital and physical formats.
  • Document Review and Updates: Help review and update technical documents such as manuals, workflows, and specifications under supervision, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Document Distribution: Support the distribution of project-related documents to internal teams, ensuring the timely delivery of information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Filing and Record Keeping: Assist in filing documents and maintaining both physical and digital records. Ensure files are properly categorized and stored for easy access.
  • Template Management: Help create and maintain document templates for future use, ensuring that they are aligned with project requirements.
  • File Retrieval: Assist in retrieving documents as requested by team members or clients, ensuring quick and efficient access to project materials.
  • Confidentiality Maintenance: Adhere to confidentiality policies, safeguarding sensitive information and terms of agreements, and following company procedures for document handling.
  • Reporting: Support in preparing basic ad-hoc reports on project documentation or status, as requested by managers or teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Educational Background: A recent graduate in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with team members and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Confidentiality: Must demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive information with care and discretion, following company policies.
  • Attitude: Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Strong work ethic, proactive, and reliable.
  • Other: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Enthusiastic about gaining experience in document management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
