Position Summary:

The Organizational Change Manager (OCM) is responsible for leading, planning, and managing change initiatives within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing change management strategies, frameworks, and tools to ensure that the organization successfully adopts new processes, technologies, or organizational structures. The OCM will work closely with senior leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions, mitigate resistance, and drive engagement at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans that align with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Identify change impacts and key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Design and execute tailored strategies to support individuals and teams in adapting to changes.
  • Conduct assessments to understand the organization’s readiness for change and develop appropriate approaches.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between leadership and employees to ensure alignment and foster support for change initiatives.
  • Create and maintain communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Develop messaging, presentations, and other communication materials to explain the reasons for change, the benefits, and the expected outcomes.

Risk Management & Resistance Mitigation:

  • Identify potential sources of resistance to change and work proactively to address concerns and minimize disruption.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies to address challenges that arise during the change process.
  • Lead or support initiatives to resolve conflicts and ensure buy-in from all levels of the organization.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Establish metrics and KPIs to track the progress of change initiatives.
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership on the success of change management efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the success of change initiatives and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry best practices in change management and continuously improve internal processes, tools, and strategies.
  • Build a change management knowledge base within the organization and help cultivate a culture of adaptability and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (required).
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, project management, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to manage complex change initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
