Job Summary: The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings to social gatherings. This role involves working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning: Plan and execute events from concept to completion, considering budget constraints and client requirements.
Venue Selection: Identify and secure suitable venues for events, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with venue partners.
Client Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their event objectives, provide updates, and address any concerns throughout the planning process.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and design, to create promotional materials and ensure brand consistency.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to demonstrate how the product or service meets the client's needs and addresses pain points.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
